The 40 OVER 40 Gala was a night to celebrate 40 incredible women. Nearly 200 women came together with one common interest-uplifting the women around them. As I have been sharing the stories of other women, I felt the nudge to share a piece of my story that unfolded as I was planning the celebration gala. Full discloser-this is a very vulnerable, raw blog post for me.

“It seems like I'm always the one taking pictures of my family and I'm always disappointed in the lack of pictures including me.” Deep down, all of us women can relate to this. And the reality is, some day our kids or loved ones will look for photos of us. What will they find? Amber took a step out of her comfort zone and treated herself to an incredibly  refreshing session. Now when her loved ones look for photos of her, they will absolutely have images to gush over.
